Are your flowers real?
No they just look real! Our flowers and foliage are high quality silk flowers. Dee has many years of experience in sourcing the best quality flowers in the UK.
I am unsure of what colours to have on my wedding day / Event, are you able to advise me?
Yes, if you send us as much information you can, we can give you the best options available for your wedding flowers.
I have seen flowers I like, what do I do now?
You are welcome to contact us to discuss the flowers that you have seen either in our gallery or from a photo that you have used as inspiration for your theme. If the floral design from the gallery is to remain the same then we can discuss availability of blooms and the colours of your theme. We make many items that are variations on items that are shown in our gallery. The gallery is only a small selection of what has been previously made. Should you see a design that you like but would like to make some alterations please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements as all our designs are completely customisable. Should you like custom designed flowers that can be done to, we can discuss your requirements in order to create a design especially for you.
Can you make bespoke orders?
Yes, we can discuss your requirements in order to create a design especially for you. You are able to choose which flowers you would like and the colours, subject to availability, as well as the choice of ribbon. You can also add embellishments, should you wish, such a pearls, crystal sprays, diamantes, brooches, swarovski crystal beads and pearls to name a few!
Can I actually speak to someone to discuss what I am looking for?
Yes, telephone consultations are available by appointment. Should you wish to arrange this, please contact us to make a booking.
Do you cater for face to face consultations?
Yes, depending upon location. We are based in Southend on Sea in Essex and are able to meet with local clients. Should you wish to arrange this please contact us with your address details to see whether you are within the distance of 15 miles.
Do you have sample flowers, ribbon and embellishments ?
Yes, samples can be purchased or alternatively it may be better to purchase a buttonhole using the flower and ribbon you are considering as then you can see both the quality of the item and the workmanship. This can be done by sending a message via our contact page.
How do you proceed to place an order?
Once you are completely happy with the quotation details and are ready to place an order, a Paypal invoice is created for your specific items. Paypal is a secure and encrypted service where you can complete payment via credit or debit card. You do not require a Paypal account to use this service. The invoice is sent to your email address and you would just follow the link to complete your purchase.
Are photos sent out prior to dispatch?
Photos are sent out to you where custom made flowers are being made. This is to ensure that you are completely happy prior to dispatch. In the event that a design from the gallery has been chosen and may have been tweeked a little, photos are not generally sent. However, should you wish for an picture prior to dispatch, this can be arranged for you.
How long will it take to dispatch my bespoke order?
All our flowers are handmade to order for you, so please allow up to 6-8 weeks, excluding weekends and public holidays, from cleared payment being received for dispatch of your wedding flowers. We do not carry ready made stock. Should you wish for your flowers to be sent to you at a later scheduled date, this can be arranged. Our terms and conditions can be found here
How long will it take to dispatch my order purchased via your online shop?
All items purchased via our online store shall be dispatched within 7 working days. All items are handmade once purchased. You are able to choose your method of dispatch at checkout. Once dispatched an email confirmation shall be sent to let you know your parcel is on it’s way.
How are your parcels sent?
We use 1st & 2nd class royal mail recorded deliveryservice , special delivery and parcel force 48 within the UK. Parcels are fully insured and a tracking number shall be supplied upon dispatch.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
When you order has been sent you shall be sent an email confirmation informing you that your order has been dispatched together with your tracking details.
How soon after posting will my order be received?
1st class recorded delivery is 1 -3 working days, 2nd class recorded delivery is usually 3-5 working days, special delivery is a next day service (excluding weekends) and Parcelforce 48 hr approx 2 working days. Please note that these times are approximate (apart from special delivery) and we rely upon Royal Mail to get your order to you within this time. This is based on delivery within the UK.
Who do I give buttonholes and corsages to?
Depending upon your budget, all guests can have them or just your main wedding party.
How should I store my wedding flowers as I am getting married in the next few months?
Keep them in a sealed box away from damp, radiators, sunlight, so a cool dry place would be perfect.
How secure is this store?
Our online shop and bespoke orders are all processed via uses Paypal for payments. We do not hold or have access to your payment details. We have information of your name,address and order details. Our Site uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) which can been seen by the padlock in the address bar.
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order?
The address taken for delivery is the address that is linked to your PayPal details. You do not need a PayPal account to use or site but please ensure when submitting your order that the correct address for delivery is being used. Unfortunately we are unable to change addresses for orders that have already been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach the recipient due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.
Can I give you delivery instructions for my order, for example ‘leave with a neighbour’?
For security reasons, we are unable to pass on delivery requests of this nature to the driver. Please contact Royal Mail directly who will be able to arrange a safe place for your orders to be left. If your order is attempted to be delivered when no-one is available to take delivery, you will be able to collect from your local sorting office or arrange an alternative day for delivery with Royal Mail.
I am ordering several items, do you give a discount on P&P?
Yes of course, please contact us so that we can advise of the postage cost. Postage is based upon the size of the box and its weight.
I am concerned that my order will get damaged in the post?
We take a great deal of care to ensure items are packaged correctly. All flowers are wrapped in florists cellophane and are sent in a new box with acid free tissue paper. If you parcel is damaged on arrival you MUST write ‘damaged’ when signing for your parcel.
Do you have a cancellation / returns policy?
Items purchased can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the item for a full refund of the cost of the item excluding delivery costs. Please note that refunds will only be given where items are returned in original unused condition, intact and in suitable packaging. All parcels should be returned by special delivery and shall be at the Buyer’s risk until the item has been signed as received by us. No refunds will be given for items made to order, items returned after 14 days or items lost/stolen in transit.
If you wish to cancel your order you must advise us by email and await our reply with details on the return address. On orders, made via our interest free payment scheme, that are cancelled prior to dispatch and no work has yet commenced, the 50% non refundable payment shall be retained and the balance shall be refunded. In the event that an order is cancelled prior to dispatch and work has started, 40% of the amount paid shall be refunded.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk and at your own cost. We would advise using special delivery as this parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
